New Clomid User!!!!!

Hey everyone, just thought id come on here and ask if anyone has any clomid success stories or infromation? I had a m/c the end of april after ttc for 18months and have since found out that my progesterone is v.low at 0.9!! Went to see consultant today and he has started me on clomid, which i am so pleased about, but just wandering what peoples thoughts are on it?

Hi Ellie, I had low 21 day progesterone levels, indicating that i wasn't ovulating, so was started on Clomid 50mg. First month it didn't work, i didn't ovulate, so they upped the dose to 100mg. Next cycle i ovulated and got my !!!
It can be nasty stuff as the side-effects can be troublesome, but its soooooo worth it when you see those 2 lines on the pregnancy test!!!

First round made me ovulate... I hadnt O'd in over a year so YAY!
On my second round at the mo, fx for our bfp's! x

hi, it didnt work for me but it has for so many
i would take it at night before bed as the first time i had it i was auful to be around
the next month i had it late on and got no side effects at all.
dont know if you have already looked but there are a few success stories at the top of ltttc, very encouraging

Hi - I just got my first ever BFP on my first Clomid cycle! we have been ttc for over 2 years. Even though i was ovulating my FS tried me on clomid this cycle and I produced 3 large follicles! We then had IUI and bingo - yesterday I got my BFP!! (It's obviously very early days so I am still trying not to get too excited)

I didn't really have any side effects other than one day when I was crying all day... completely not like me!
