I'm really starting to become uncomfortable wearing my regular jeans! They hurt!
Anyone have suggestions as to where to get cute (don't want to spend a fortune) maternity clothes here in the US? I don't want to look like I'm wearing a tent either. Old Navy maybe?

I'm 10 weeks and I already started getting maternity clothes. There comfy now and I can were them through the pregnancy. I got mine from thrift stores there practically brand new and I've got for super cute clothes for cheap : ] Also Kohls has a nice maternity clearance section. I've got some shirts and tank tops for like 3 dollars.

I like targets tops. I'm not a fan of there jeans though. They don't carry enough washes for me. Motherhood maternity usually has sales

I'm still looking for places. I need jeans in the worse way

Old Navy usually has great sales. I go on their site every couple of weeks to see if they have any deals and if so, then I stock up!

Also, I've gone through the sale racks at Target and they usually have a lot of maternity stuff there. Like Futuremommy said, they have limited washes for the jeans. The only washes I've seen with the jeans is a dark wash.

You could also consider purchasing a "Belly Band." I bought one once my jeans/shorts got too tight. I found mine at Target. It allows you to wear your regular clothes, but leave them unbuttoned and wear the BeBand over top to smooth everything. https://www.target.com/p/Be-Maternity-BeBand-Assorted-Colors/-/A-10949803

Just a couple thoughts! Hope this helps :)

I'm not yet into maternity clothes but know the discomfort. I heard old navy isgood and I agree in Khols. I'd also check a burlington coat factory if you have one nearby.

Thanks guys! Actually just got back from Old Navy, they did have a better selection of jeans than target but as for everything else there wasn't much. I'll have to check out Kohl's as well.....I also like the thrift store idea!

Sears has some really cute maternity clothes at really good prices! Also, you can never go wrong with Old Navy! Oh, I forgot! Target!! Super cute!

I like Target and Kohls, IF I can find something on a really good clearance. Otherwise their maternity clothes are just too price for me. www.oldnavy.com has great maternity clothes on clearance for great prices. I'm already in maternity clothes so I just ordered a bunch!

I read somewhere a trick for jeans, that leave them un buttoned but tie a rubber band around the buttons so it gives you some extra space but you can keep the same jeans!

H&M has some very cute and reasonably priced maternity clothes at their bigger stores. I was also surprised to find that Burlington Coat Factory also has a decent maternity section. I'm also already wearing maternity pants. Tight jeans and morning sickness do not mix!!

Im wearing a BeBand right now! Its from target and from the makers of BellaBand (not sure wht the difference between the two is, or if there is a difference?) Anyway, its comfy and allows me to have my pants unbuttoned and unzipped. Im headed to target right now to look at some other clothes. I feel like im too small for anything maternity but too big for the clothes I own right now. Very frusterating as I dont feel "cute" in anything!!!

I am already bloating like crazy...considering some maternity clothes already! Or at least the band. Thanks for the suggestions...hadn't thought of Kohls!

haha! the thought of having my pants unbuttoned and unzipped is funny to me..i don't know why. do you feel awkward knowing that they are? or is the band large/wide enough that u don't notice?
I totally agree where I'm too big for my own clothes but not big enough for maternity...soon i guess we won't be saying this at all right?! ha!

Forever 21 has super cute maternity clothes.

omg...i'm totally gonna check them out...love them.

I've been doing that this week with most of pants. :) I use a hair elastic. It works like a charm, especially with longer shirts that cover the button of your pants. I'm too cheap to go buy clothes right now. I have some handme down maternity pants but they're still too big for now.

I first tried just using a hair tie to loop through the button so I could leave them unbuttoned but that was still a bit uncomfortable. I did feel like my pants were unzipped and unbuttoned at first with the band but Im used to it now, it is wide enough to cover and it just looks like a cami-tank is under my shirt!
