New day, new cycle

Well after it all looking so promising i had a visit from an unwelcome female relative today, yes is in the building, 3 days early.

I've felt more hormonal this cycle, had a raft of symptoms, dizzyness, nausea, boobs sore the whole lot.

It seems my cycle length has moved back but not my ovulation day, making my luteal phase only 10 days. I'll see what this cycle is like and then consult the doctor.

Sorry came - that sucks.
I always find it amazing how many symptoms i get and no !!
Definitely speak to your GP about the short luteal phase as there are things that you can take to lengthen it and hopefully it won't be long before you get your
