Hi

I am looking for support - I am 37, I have had two miscarriages, and I have no other children, I am beginning to feel scared that it will never happen for me and hubby - and I feel tearful and worried all the time - its been 8 months of trying and we are not pregnant yet ....

help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you been to a doctor? If you're over 30 and have tried for six months I believe they will refer you to a fertility specialist.

Hi I'm so sorry for all you've been through, I understand its more difficult for older ladies to conceive but I'm 18 and it took me and my dh over a year to conceive, have you tried softcups? I hear nothing but good things about those, also evening primrose oil cd 1 to ov helps with cm, best of luck :) x

So sorry to hear that hun, as someone stated above you might need to go to a OB who will refer you to a FS. Hope everything works out love

So sorry to here this Hun, you should go and speak with your doctor maybe? I really hope things work out for you soon xx

I'm so sorry to hear that. I agree with the ladies here. I think it'd be a good thing to talk with your doctor.

I wish you and your hubby the best of luck. Hugs.

You landed at the right place:hugs:!!!!

I am sure you are not alone in this situation...you would be surprised what kind of problems people have on here.

I know it is terrible that you miscarried twice, but a good sign is that you are able to get pregnant...

When you are pregnant with the right baby for you, that baby will stick!:happydance:

Hi,

My husband and I have been trying for our first baby together, (both of us have had children in our previous marriages) for approximately 5 years. We are both 38 years old and have never had fertility issues in our past marriages. Since we have been married and have been trying, we have experienced a miscarriage every year. It has been disappointing and embarrassing as we both had no idea how or why we were having problems conceiving. We had this idea that maybe we should have been pregnant a hundred times considering how sexually active we are together. Especially considering we only conceived at most, once per year.

There have been times where I would get a positive result from a pregnancy test and the very same or next day, my period would come. The whole act of waiting, praying and testing has been devastating and depressing to say the least. My husband and I have incessantly searched for articles and journals where people have tried a more natural approach to the traditional Chinese medicinals. We have tried Vitex, Acupuncture, Ovulation Kits, Progesterone Creams and nothing worked.

About two months ago, I read an article about the oldest remedy in the book, dating back to biblical times. It talked about cinnamon and honey. Supposedly, cinnamon and honey helps strengthen the uterus and prepares it for conception in many ways. The honey is high in nutrients infusing the uterus with much needed essentials and cinnamon helps clean and warm the system, also acts as a body anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-everything bad, among other things.

My husband and I were in California in late September,2013 for a business trip and came across a farmers market off the pacific coast where they sold fresh honey from a local bee farm. I purchased a large jar of the honey and once I returned home, mixed (without measurement) an awful amount of cinnamon and honey together and took a tablespoonful. I thought it would be horrible to taste, but surprisingly it was amazing! It was not too sweet and not too harsh. I figured that I could keep up with this until I found the next fertility article.

I religiously took a tablespoonful a day for several weeks. My husband, curious about the benefits of my concoction decided to start taking it too. In November we became pregnant (praying this one stays) and have been going on strong, (currently at 9 weeks).

Our past miscarriages did not allow for more than a day or two after a positive test.

We are now hopeful and are curious about the cinnamon and honey mixture and it's benefits.

I don't know how many other people have been using cinnamon and honey but my husband and I believe that after 5 years of trying, this little bit of something new may be what has helped.

Please read up about it. It's worth a try.

Wow that's amazing, congratulations!!!

ok so here is more info - I wasn't sure anyone would reply....!

I was diagnoses with sticky blood after the first miscarriage, and was told that in the next pregnancy clexane and asprin would be prescribed - sadly the second miscarriage happened before I had the chance to get any treatment - I didn't try for a while during 2012, then we started again 2013 - I am under a consultant - who as I have conceived twice wont put me in the fertility issues camp until we have tried for a year without success, they recently re-did all the hormone tests and checked womb, and tested hubbys sperm to tell that all is excellent in those departments so there isn't anything else I can do to get any further help - in April this year will be the 'year' of trying time up - Im just so scared I wont conceive

see post below - im new here and don't know if I should reply to you all individually or if it lets you know I have posted a response to everyone that answered me
