Hey there :)

I am a lurker coming out of the shadows to say hello as I am just entering the world of TTC after having my implanon removed.

I had the implanon from june till november 2nd this year so it has been two weeks and I feel so much better. No more bad mood swings! :happydance:

However I haven't had a bleed as yet and from what I have read this can take a little while for some ladies?
Since Sunday just passed I had a terrible ache in my cervix that I have never experienced before which caused some pain while I was doing the horizontal dancing with my partner. Then cramping which I thought would be AF arriving. Then lots of pinching feelings in my ovaries and a full feeling. I've been pregnant before so I thought it felt similar.
Then last night I went to the toilet and there was what looked like a bit of water blood on the toilet seat, only a small amount. None on my underwear.
Today, lots more cramping feelings and backache and pulling sensations in my legs at the top but again only what looks like old blood and very small amounts. Nothing in the toilet when i go.

I'm wondering if this is likely to be just a very long run up to AF? or if its possible i ovulated.

thanks guys

x

I had my implanon out today and am waiting for AF to turn up :coffee: did you have periods whilst you had your implant in (I did)? If your looking for a buddy you can add me if you'd like

Hey,

Aside from a 2 week period the month after I had the implanon inserted, i didn't bleed at all. Which was great but I was a moody monster on it and I feel so much better now.

sure add me :) x

Lol I had my AF turn up every month although her duration varied

I had my implant out of the 12th of Nov, and no AF yet. I am getting worried as I thought I would have one now (never had any when I had it in). I have been doing OPK as well and they are all BFN :(

Well I'm still waiting for AF. 3 weeks tomorrow since i had my implant removed.
Been cramping and still feel very full and my cervix feels very uncomfy still. No other symptoms really. Fingers crossed something happens soon, getting quite frustrated not knowing where i am in my cycle.

I feel exactly the same! I want to get TTC but feel like in Limbo at the moment and worried AF won't arrive for months.

I wish I had never had the damn thing in and had gone back on the pill instead. The doctor told me that my fertility would return as soon as it was removed before I had it in. But now I have researched it more since wanting to have a second baby I feel I was misinformed!!!! :growlmad::growlmad::growlmad:

The doctor that took mine out said some of her patients have got :bfp: before AF came back, and a few of the women on here have said they've got pregnant within a couple of months so I've got my fingers crossed and we're DTD every other day :happydance: and hoping for our own :bfp: in time for the new year.

Hi girls. I had my implant removed on 15th feb and no sign of period. Am TTC with my first baby and been having lots of cramps over the last few days. Really hoped to get BFp but I know it's unlikely. Just really worried that it's going to take a long time after the implant. Would love to know if you got ur BFP! Hoping I get mine soon! Keep telling myself it will happen when it's ready! xxx

My Sister in law had hers removed in October. She was told not to expect any AF for up to 6 months and not to be fertile to up to 2 years (varies in some women).

She didn't have any AF's and threw up one morning and did a test, she was pregnant. She's now 11 weeks gone.

Sit back and relax and have fun!

i had my implant out in nov. 2008 and have been trying ever since with no luck...it took 6 months to get a cycle back, and 15 months for them to become somewhat regular again. hopefully it will not be this way for you!
