Hello everyone. I am new here, and we are going to start TTC number 1 this month. I am due to ovulate sometime next week. I just ordered my first pack of OPKs from amazon.. they will be here tomorrow. I am so excited. This month we are only using opks. No charting, supplements, etc.

Next month we will start using supplements if need be. Folic acid, and a couple other things. What all do you guys take, and what is it for?

I look forward to getting to know all of you, and becoming close with you.

I can't talk to anyone else about TTC, because it is just awkward.. so you guys are gonna be my best friends for the next chapter of my life!! LOL. : )

you will love it here! and be so addicted! i am! are you taking prenatal vitamins yet?? if not you should start them right away, they say its best if you can start them even before you begin your TTC journey, i have been taking them a year, and still not preg, but it cant hurt, and it helps prevent neural tube defects!

hi, im new too. After a year of tests and tablets to get my periods back! (after being on the pill) i finially got my period. so im taking ovulation tests all this week. fingers crossed!! i started taking pre-pregnancy folic acid and vitamins 2 months ago because its advised to take them 3-6 months before pregnancy aswell as during. My OH and I are doing OPKs on the SMEP plan with Pre-seed this month. Hopefully something comes out of it. This is our second month of using things instead of just saying "ok lets do it" without a plan!

I take a prenatal with DHA and he takes a men multivitamin!

Hi. We're on our second month of TTC#1. The first month was just guess work and this month we've used a CBFM and pre-seed. So we're excited to see if it works but trying not to get our hopes up.

I have been taking Pregnacare conception tablets for a few months and DH has started a Men's supplement this month- but it takes a couple of months for sperm to mature apparantly- so he should have started taking it a while ago to get them nice and healthy!
