Hello all,

I am Mommy D, this is my first pregnancy I have a blocked fallopean tube so I conceived with the help of IUI on the first try. Thanks to Shady Grove Fertilty Clinic. I am only three weeks so I am just trying to take it easy. I go for my first sonogram Feb. 7 and I can't wait. This has been a long time coming.

Hi! I'm new too, just joined today. I just got a positive test this morning and I'm trying to get in to see my OB/GYN. I'm guessing I'm about five weeks along..
