new tattoo 2day

getting a new tattoo today in about 30 minutes!
im having it like on my love handle
like by my hip
on the back.
idk how 2 explain it!

when it's done i'll upload a pic.

anyone have on in that area?
i normally like to just go in there and get it done on the day but they were fully booked until like a week later
nd i hate that cos then you have to wait and think bout it etc
makes me more nervous
at the time i didnt have any nerves at all!

I have a gothic style butterfly on my love handle!

I dont remember it really hurting until they got close to my spine.

I really want another tattoo but OH hates them and I already have 5 so I've agreed to stop........for now!

but he's had appointments and that arranged before and not gone.

..My OH's tattooist has a 6 week waiting list so we always have to wait to have one done .. unlike your OH's mine loves then and would want me covered in them if id agree lol

thats from yesterday
since then 2day its swelled up quite bad
hurts too touch
and v red
looks bruised
im worried! got an ice pack on it atm

Thats gorgeous hun!! Does sound like it could b a bit infected tho!! I wouldgo back to where u got it done and ask for advise.... I have never had one done with a needle but im pretty sure thats not right!!

It could be infected but with my last tattoo on my wrist it swelled up loads and looked terrible, but dont think it helped i got drunk the night it got it done and ppl kept grabbing my hand and then went thorpe park next day lol
But i would just keep putting savlon on it and keeping it clean, if it dont go down within a week speak to them, mine was still quite raised for at least a month but does depend where it is on ya body to how ya skin reacts xxx

haven't seen if theres a reply yet
woke up this morning and it's turned like a yellow colour like when a bruise turns that colour

Don't have any tattoo's (yet, keep getting knocked up before I can, haha), but that really doesn't sound good. You should get it looked at.

i went to the MIU yesterday (minor injury unit) and a nurse looked at it
she said it does look v bruised but not infected
and just keep puttin cold compresses on it
so ive been doing that
bruising is going down slowly
thankfully
and tis starting to scab over
who0p!
did scare me for a bit
but im sure ill be getting more
might not go same place though!
