New to B&B

Hi, my name is Jess, I'm from Leicester in the UK.
I am currently expecting and am at about 15 weeks, still waiting for my first scan.
I'm really excited about the baby, me and my fiance have been together just over a year and it was totally unexpected.
I got told about 2 years ago I had Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and wasn't ovulating, and after 3 months of living with my other half I fell pregnant... could the doctors have been more wrong?!
I am currently in the middle of quitting smoking, which I am finding very stressful, but have loads of support from the NHS.
My fiance's family are so excited, but mine didn't take it so well.
As I am only 20 and in my final year of university, they think I have ruined my life (how nice of them).
So that's a little about me...

Thanks for everyone's welcomes!! It was a massive suprise, have had my first scan now!! Due August 4th, they keep changing my due date, is that normal?
