Hi ladies.

My name is Jessica. I'm 28, been married for 10 years, and have a wonderful 7 year old daughter. We've been trying to get pregnant for about 4 years now. This is my first time on a forum.

I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 months ago, and my doctor put me straight on metformin and letrozole. I'm incredibly new to the actively TTC world, so I don't know much more than how to pee on an OPK every day. This is my second cycle on letrozole, in the middle of the first cycle I had a family emergency and just didn't think about it, and we didn't get pregnant.

I have a million and eight questions. I'm such a noob to all of this.

I notice people talking about how they know they ovulated x amount of eggs, and I'm wondering how they know that. Is there something I'm not doing, or could be doing to help the process some? Any information is helpful!

Thanks ladies and good luck!!

Welcome to the forum!, to answer your question, the only way to truly know how many eggs your ovulating is to request a ultrasound at around CD 10-12. anything other then that is just speculation. best of luck to you.
