Newbie, waiting until Dec 08

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and we are waiting until Dec 08 to ttc. Unfortunately I had chemo last year and was told to wait 12 months before trying to conceive to give the drugs enough time to leave my system.

I have an appointment with my specialist on Tuesday though and am hoping he will say we can start now as it's been 10 months since treatment, so far everything we have read on the net is purely a recommendation for a 12 month wait. I am so impatient that's my problem!!
