After a recent suspected pregnancy, I've become incredibly broody.
I've never really been a baby person but at the moment it's pretty much all that's on my mind.
Thus, I have decided that it's time to get in shape so that when it comes time to have the Implanon implant taken out, my body is as healthy as it can be and ready for little one.
So, what steps have you all taken to make sure you're in tip top condition? Also, how long does it take for your body to recover after Implanon? I've read it can be a matter of hours up to several months. I wished they'd specified when I'd had it put in.
Gem =)
