Nexplanon and regular periods pregnancy???

Hi ladies I'm needing some advice very confused I've had my nexplanon for nearly 2 years it may be important to add that I am very overweight,I never had periods initially but for the last 4-5 months I've had regular 5-6 day periods on or around the 18th of every month this month I decided to do some opks and I've been having some very clear lines not positive but getting darker over the last couple of days? Has anyone else experienced anything like this I've found nothing on Google and it's really starting to mess with my head?

sorry i cant help, i had this implant but just bled constantly and never got any lines on opks... maybe go to your docs and get it checked just in case?
