Night lighting/lunaception

Has anyone heard of night lighting to regulate ovulation? I"m just now learning about it. I think you need to sleep in complete darkness for about 12 days then 3 days with a night light to simulate the full moon and to encourage ovulation then darkness again. I think I'll try it this cycle and see what happens. I tend to ovulate late and I'm hoping this will correct that. Any thoughts?
