Nipple pain / sensitivity around O? Why not this time??

Since I had DS my cycles have been very regular with O on CD 17 ish and I always get super sensitive kinda painful nips around O time. This month I've not had that! I had all my usual O signs just no sore nips! I had ewcm on cd11, soft high cervix a couple of days later and o pains. I felt like I maybe Oed on CD15.

What could it mean? Anyone had similar before? Do you think I maybe geared up to O and didn't and that's why? Or pregnancy symptom?
