Nipple size

How do you know when you need to change the nipple size? My LO is 2 months in a week and is still on the slow nipple (Playtex ventaire ans Dr Browns stage 1). Thanks!

some babies get frustrated while your feeding simply because they arnt getting milk fast enough. Other babies start falling asleep during feeds because its taking alot of effort to suck the milk out. Stage 1's are for 0-3months (ish) some babies need a bigger teat from birth others 5months. X
