nipple stimulation how do i do it

ive read alot about nipple stimulation i have dry nipples sorry for TMI but MW gave me some cream for them was wondering if i can do nipple stimulation with it?

is there a pertcular way to do it or is it just twiddling lol

I've read somewhere online that you are supposed to do it for 15 minutes every hour, and it is more of a twisting, pulling motion than a rubbing.

i heard you can get same result by using an electric breast pump to mimic baby sucking action thus making your uterus contract. Im not sure if this is useful but if you have a pump you could try that.
