no A/F since 10th june

hi ladies, well need some advise please, first here is a bit of history....

well last A/F was 10th june, i started testing from when A/F was due and have continued to, well in that time i got 2 very faint pink postives ( from different brands, posted pics in the pregnancy tests part) well then tested loads since and all my tests have been negative, so think its safe to 100% say im not pregnant as would be BFP by now . the tests where only ICs so must have been a bad batch, well last friday i had pains in right side and egg like cm, this got me thinking am i only just OV so bedded, im just confused as to why ive skipped a A/F and if that egg like cm was due to ov why so late, im actually scared i may have missed it as got the cm fri and didnt bed till sun, im guessing that that is too late??? what do you girls think, does the cm sound like i was only just ovulating??
( p.s i saw the doc and wont do bloods for a couple of weeks as i have been unwell.)

I haven't had a af since June 14th and i went to the doctors and they are doing blood work and a ultrasound to check for polycystic ovaries..
