No Af for nearly 7 months!! :(

I've not had a Af since September 5th 2013 so I've got a few months worth of bc pills there progestin & estrogen pills and I'm thinking of taking them for 21 days to get a breakthrough bleed what do you ladies think ?

I really don't want to have to go to the doctor to get Af to come

Do you know why you havent had AF? Recently off BC? Or is it because of your possible PCOS?
I personally wouldnt take more hormones to try to induce it, but there are herbal remedies I took to induce mine after 19months without af.
I took 1500mg of Dong Quai with 1600mg of vitex and my period started after 3 days

I wouldn't use birth control (unless recommended by doctor). Try the herbal remedies first. I've only heard good things about the two mentioned above. 7 months is a long time, it probably is time to make an appt. no need to wait any longer to ttc.
