No cm. Pregnancy sign?

Hello lady's I am currently 3dpo and I have no idea why i have no cm I am dry (sorry tmi) I am hoping this is a good sign. Did anyone else have this and got a bfp?

I've not tested yet but I've literally got no cm at all and I'm nearly 12 dpo. I've done loads of Googling the last few days and there's lots of stories out there of those that were dry and got a bfp.
