No mucus plug loss

Hi girls

I am getting a bit jealous reading about people losing their plugs as I havent lost any of mine and have had completely normal discharge this whole time. This is my first pregnancy.

Is it possible to still go into labour with your plug intact??

I never lost mine! Well nothing noticable anyhow, even after a sweep! And I went into labour eventually lol (40+6) dont suppose that had anything to do with my plug though as i never did loose it - well i probably did with my waters but you know what i mean lol.

I don't remember losing mine last time, I had to have my waters broken when I'd been in labour for ages. It might be that you have but yours just doesn't look as obviously mingin as everyone elses ha. You don't necessarily get blood or tinged brown, it could have happened in the shower or anything or you might just not have to lose it to go into labour. It doesn't mean anything xx

you can still go into labour with your plug attached hun, some people don't lose it until their waters go x

Mine is also still intact and I also have completely normal discharge. In fact, I don't really have ANY discharge!

With my first I never lost my plug (that I realized at least) and I had him at 39+1. My waters broke during the night, but I didn't see any plug with that either. Only thing I had was during labor, I had very mucousy show (TMI!) so that could have been it. Some people I guess loose it so gradually that they never realize it (like me!)

My waters broke and there was very little plug, you could have mistaken it as dishcarge , I was waiting through labour expecting it to come and it didn't

I havent lost mine and not had discharge throughout the pregnancy.... ive just walked around the trafford centre for 4 hours hoping i may start lol xx

I was curious about the very same thing, I went in to check for dilation and found that not only was there none, but the plug still seemed to be there and as of today I'm 40 weeks. today he was supposed to be here wondering if he;s going to be fashionably late?

I dont remember loosing it last time and although i have had 2 blob's of 'jelly' this time it was weeks and weeks ago and may have just been discharge, i havent had anything blood stained.

Never lost mine in first pregnancy, all came away in labour
