No response from mothercare-suggestions?

I ordered a pram from mothercare online but it came with scuffs and the wheels looked used. After about 5 phonecalls and 2 weeks after I got it, I finally got them to replace it.

The delivery courier for the replacement couldn't collect the faulty one, mothercare said I had to arrange collection of that separately. So I have tried ringing them to organise this and I can't get through (been on hold 20mins+). I have also sent two emails and they havent responded. I don't really have room for the extra one.

Any suggestions. I am thinking of sending a recorded letter saying they have 30 days to collect it or I will dispose of it. After a certain time people can claim ownership on unclaimed things but it's maybe 6 months?

Any suggestions? I have no mothercare shops local.
 
i sending them a recorded letter is proberly a good idea..

but if you chuck it you can garentee that they will contact you for it back,:wacko:
