Just wanted to share Noah's special day 
yesterday I made Noah's cake (my first homemade cake - so was a bit nervous about it. then after supper when Noah in bed I finished it off... there is things I can improve with it but it did come out ok.
last night we had a bad night Noah woke up at 2am crying, laughing, sleep ... cry everytime back in bed, and this went on till about 3:30-4am then he finally gave in.
then he woke up at 6am but luckily he's too young to really know whats going on so his daddy looked after him till 8am when I got up. we all got ready for the day - breakfast, changed, then we sorted out things for the party.
then at 9ish we opened the cards and presents we have. he got a top and jumper from his great nan and granddad. and money from couple of people. and his name from us (handmade from a friend) and also the first step walker... which was cute as he started walking with it before he actually unwrapped it... then he teared off the paper on his own then started using it.
then my parents and one of my sister (his granny, grandpa and aunty) came over at 10am for an hour. they gave him a toy train (it was magnetic one)... then at 11am he was getting tired. so they left and I went to get lunch from KFC then he went for a nap.
at 2:30pm he woke up and played till his nana and granddad (my husbands parents) came by for 2 hours and they gave him a activity table, breakfast set, wooden toy train and a light weight pram.
then he went we had supper and was in bed by 7. it was a long day so was getting very tired.
