Non Lanolin Nipple Creams

Im allergic to Lanolin so Lanisoh is out as are many of the other nipple creams out there.

So I wondered what the recommendations were for non lanolin based nipple creams please!

Simplisse do one, I found it when I was in Canada but I think you can order it through Amazon in the UK....

Have heard rubbing a bit of the breast milk itself on does a good job too

bio-fem is lanolin free about a tenner from boots

I don't think the Boots brand nipple cream has lanolin. I'd use breastmilk, though.
