normal baby poo??

hi
my 11week lil man has always had quite firm poo's but last thurs i assumed he had diarrhea which hadn't cleared up to this day and thought i would take him to the docs but looking on the internet at normal bottle fed baby poo it looks normal is it normal for baby poo to change consistency over night?
