Nose bleeds at nearly 13 weeks?!

I have never EVER suffered a nose bleed in my whole life, literally never! Then the other day I had a small one but this morning I've woken up, got up to do the breakfast and noticed my nose was bleeding quite badly!

Can this be anything to do with pregnancy? It's gotten me quite worried as this has never happened to me before.

I asked my doctor about it and said it's completely normal. Increased sinus pressure can cause the bleeding... Still if it continues to get worse make sure you mention it at one of your appointments.

Thanks! I just googled and it all seems pretty normal, I will see how I go on today and if it continues I may call the doctor.
