nose bleeds ?

ok so over this week i have had hundreds of nose bleeds, it seems like my nose it constantly bleeding and i get like blood clots (discusting) but hurts, is this something to worry about, or is it just something that happens in pregnancy ?

One of the joys of pregnancy dear! If the bleeds last too long then call your doctor/midwife because pregnancy can cause thrombocytopenia (too few platelets in your blood).

they don't last long but they have made my nose so sore, and theres always blood when i blow it if you get me x

I have the same thing. Everytime I blow my nose it seems like nothing but blood. It has made my nose raw and very sore. I had bloodwork done and everything is fine. I have found using saline nose spray a few times a day helps with the pain because it keeps your nostrils moist. Don't worry it will stop after you give birth.
