not feeling too well this evening :(

Im so uncomfortable tonight Ive got a constant ache type feeling in the lower half of my bump, the kind you get before you get your period. I think ive also been having a few BH's as my tummy keeps going really tight and its so uncomfortable. I wouldnt say painful as such, but it makes me say ouch cos its uncomfortable.

Think ive also eaten too much which probably hasnt helped cos i feel sooooo squished inside!

Is there anything I can do to ease the aches and pains? Am I allowed to use a hot water bottle? xx

They say you shouldnt get your belly too warm as it can warm up the amniotic fluid but I have been using a medium hot water bottle wrapped in blanket or towel for a few days now as I have similar pains as long as its not scalding hot I think you will be ok hun x

Omg nothing like cuddling up with hot water bottle

a hotwater bottle (just alot less hot than usual)
wrapped in a pillowcase

grab a cuppa or hot choc and curl up in bed and nice sleep

would work a treat..

oh hun i feel the same too
and get really irritable when im this uncomfortable!
i asked my OH not to be loud, so the next thing he's doing is making a big fuss over the cat (he doesnt even like my cat) which made her run off.

i burst out crying and struggled off the sofa and went upstairs...
i just needed to be quiet and not have to tell him to leave the cat alone.



bit OTT but yeah it's making me feel like URGH.
i havent found anything to help it yet
