Hey ladies, I found a really interesting website.

This woman took pictures of her cervix every single day of her cycle. The pictures are very clear and fascinatingly detailed at times. Even pictures of her CM are included.
I'm not the type that gets grossed out really easily and I love learning about my body, so I was really intrigued and felt like I learned something.

Wanted to share with those of you who are interested!

That doesn't sound creepy to me, I was thinking the same thing! It makes me want to go get a speculum and really look at my cervix like this.

That doesn't sound creepy to me, I was thinking the same thing! It makes me want to go get a speculum and really look at my cervix like this.

I was a little grossed out by this when I first saw it a few weeks ago, but then my curiosity got the better of me and I wanted to see my own!! It's quite easy to do, I brought a cheap speculum recently. All you need is a speculum, flashlight and mirror, or I found it easier just to use a speculum and camera. Am quite excited to see how it looks at different points in the month!

No problem ladies, I'm glad you got something out of it the way I did!
I check my CP by feeling and this site really helped me to realize what I'm feeling for, etc. Maybe it will be less of a guessing game!

I honestly didn't think it was really "gross" either; I mean, think about seeing a picture of a heart. It was like that to me; just another body part.
But my sister gets really grossed out easily and she wouldn't want to see this site or a picture of a heart lol, so that's what the disclaimer was for- would hate to upset anyone.

I've had this problem, too!! Mine always feels the same, no difference between opened and closed to me. If you go to the website again, at the very top in the first 2 paragraphs, she talks about using a plastic speculum and has a link to "order one here", but I bet there are other places!

This site is brilliant, iv been using it for the last 3 years and refering it to loads of people to see what to look for when cervix checking.
I always put a "best not to view at work" warning om it though
