Not sure where else to post this.
Are there any moms out there who didn't go back on birth control?
I can't do hormonal or the copper IUD - and I'm anticipating getting grief from my ob/gyn when the time comes. One ob/gyn I've seen already gave me a hard time for not being on BC. If I could, I would - it would makes things sooo much easier!
ETA: Re-read that, and I seemed to vague. I have what doctors have been calling an "allergic reaction" to all types of hormonal BC (I've tried about 8 or 9 different kinds). I fall in the 2% of women who get can have this reaction. Wonderful. Oh well. And for the copper IUD, I'm on about 2000mg of pain killers/day during AF for severe cramps which restricts me from going on the copper IUD since that can cause heavier bleeding and worse cramps. I can't imagine my cramps getting any worse than they do, but I certainly don't want to find out if they can. lol
