not happy with toys r us

    first order arrives late
    then things missing
    only two packs of batteries but now got to wait for replacement they also sent no receipt :(

    MIL bought a wooden dolls house from there about a month or so ago for Caitlin for Xmas and her and FIL were putting it together the other night and realised that the stairs were missing.

    They phoned Toys R Us and they said that the product is now out of stock and that someone would ring them back. That was Tuesday and its now Thursday and they STILL haven't had anything back! OH is phoning them today to complain.

    Hope you manage to get it sorted hun xx

    That truly sucks! :hugs:

    I shop online with Toys R Us every year and never had any problems.

    they charged me twice for an item and 2 lots of delivery charges of £9.99 each!!!! totaling just over £100 then tried to deny it! my bank sorted it for me.
    its the first time iv had probs with them

    ive sorted it thanks apparenly batteries and invoice will be sent and will be received within four working days will let u know if any problems
