not so funny moment this morning...

Soooooo on my way to work this morning, I sneezed and um....I peed a little

Any one else experience this? Thank goodness I had napkins in my car!!!

Oh, and I have a scan at 3:15 today!!!! 4 hours and counting!

Oh god Hun this gets worse after you give birth lol all I can say is keep up with your kegel exercises!! It will help a lot!!

I am pretty sure after this baby I will just per my pants as soo. As urine arrives into my bladder... But I seem to suffer this worse than anyone I know lol

Haha, yup only gets worse I'm sorry to say...the joys of having babies ;-)

I have have to stop in my tracks when I feel a sneeze coming on and cross my legs
