NT Scan help

I went for my NT scan this morning at 12w3d and the tech wouldn't tell me anything. Behind the neck looked big to me and I am unsure if thats a nasal bone or skin. Just wanted to see what you thought because I may not have results until Wednesday and its such a long wait. Thanks!!!
