I've been kind of ntnp for a little while but we then decide to wait 3 months due to various issues. We DTD I would say 3 times close to ovulation positive opk today with all the pains and EWCM. I however just got the depo today and they sed it won't take affect for 7 days. Do you think if fertilisation has occurred it will prevent implantation can't really see anything on Google thanks!

No I don't think it can prevent implantation, you will need to see your dr if you do find out but didn't you have a period before your shot? My GP don't give you the shot unless you've just come off to make sure your not pregnant.

Also you said you'd like to try for another in around 3 months? Is there a reason you went for depo? It can take some time to conceive after depo but everyone is different x
