nuchal fold..

after being told my baby has an echogenic focus in her heart im really worried as i know this is related to down syndrome (from what i have read and been told) although it doesnt mean she has down syndrome what so ever..
they wont give me another scan to check for any other soft markers..coz they said they didnt spot any others at my 20 week scan..
im now really worried and probably looking into it far too much but at my 12 week scan the nuchal fold was measuring 0.156cm..is that good or bad?
im abit confused like is 0.156 even 1 cm?:s

That's good hun, it basically means like 1.5mm (I think) and that's well within the normal range, they only worry if it's over 3mm (so 0.3cm) xxx
