Nuclear Poop

TMI warning

LO's poops for the past three days have been nuclear, like burning of the eyes nuclear, and very close to being diarrhea. They started out white and have now turned yellow and smell like cheese gone wrong.
He has just started developing a diaper rash to it.
Nothing in his diet has really changed.
Advice before the neighbours start complaining?

Is it white poop? Or just light brown? White poop can be a sign of (rare) liver dysfunction.

But maybe he is just getting some molars?
