Numbness

This is so wierd.. When I sleep on my sides my arms will go numb and tingly! I have always had that occasionally because I put my arm up under my head and pillow so I imagine my big ol' heavy head cuts off blood supply. But its happening a lot now. hmmm I'm definitely bringing this up to my midwife.

Anyone else sleep like this? Thanks

I am getting this in my thighs at night even when I am not lying on them. A bit like pins and needles...

I always get it!! Always have. But things like carpal tunnel syndrome make it worse which can be bought on by pregnancy. When I had it my hands would ache all the time.

It is one for the gp if you have any discomfort. Not that they do much mind!

This is happening to me all the time now too. Like you, it would happen every now and then, but it seems to be happening more frequently. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.

yeah I will wake up like 5x a night and have to shake my arms to get the blood going again lol
