Numbness :/

Hiya.. have any of you ever experienced Numbness and tingling in your belly and arm?

today i was standing up ready to cook some food and all the left side of my stomach and arm went numb and was tingling really bad, i had to go and sit down straight away! my arm feels achey and heavy now. it havnt long happened...and it's scared the hell out of me.

be greatful if anyone can help. x

Can't say I have on my left, but my right arm right leg goes number when im sleeping. Which mostly is because of the sciatic never. Didn't want to read and run.
