Nurse called me after pap smear??

I had a pap smear this morning to make sure I'm all good to TTC this month and a few hours after I got home, the nurse called and left me a message. (I missed the call) she told me to call her as soon as I can tomorrow.

Anyone ever gotten a call after a pap smear? I'm scared something is wrong!

I have when I had all the tests when I was pregnant, a nurse insisted on calling to tell me they found absolutely nothing. Apparently its policy that they want to tell you over the phone rather than just in an email or something.
Dont worry it could easily be that there's absolutely nothing wrong
