So i went dr's yesterday to have a blood test (having my LH, FSH, TFT and Progesterone tested) and i was talking to the nurse explaining why i was having it etc
She was asking if i was actively TTC'ing, to which i explained im doing OPK's and BBT. I did say i was a little confused as the dr wanted to check if i had PCOS (which the nurse has) even tho i ovulate and my OPK and BBT confirmed this last month (first month of using BBT)
She then told me i could still get a positive OPK and a temp shift but not ovulate.
So now im totally confused! i thought a positive OPK means i am coming into ovulation (BUT doesnt mean i am going to ovulate just "gearing" up for it) and if i had a temp shift then i AM ovulating?
I even got a crosshair on both of my charts pin pointing ovulation.
So confused now! and really worried, how can i be doing all this and not be ovulating?
Any ideas?
