I know I'm getting close to o, for the past hour or so I've been experiencing pretty bad sharp pinches on my left hipish area but inside. What does o pain feel like, and if this is o pain does that mean it's happening now

O pain is exactly as you described it. Ycould be either a couple days before through to post O. You could check your cm to see if its fertile.
