O/T What to write on banner? Maternity leave

Sorry this is a bit off topic. As above, any ideas what can I write on a banner for someone that is going on maternity leave? Any ideas? Even a quote or something a bit different? x x

My boss was talking about buying my colleague a nose peg and some ear plugs, maybe you could write something like' If you need anything to block your sense of smell and sound, I know a good shop lol. Just a thought haha.
