OB Appt. Tomorrow..Wondering what they will say?

I am 13 weeks, and I had an ultrasound last week and found out I have placenta previa...I had to go to the ER a couple days back due to chest pains, turns out I have severe bronchitis and I am extremely dehydrated...Im wondering what my OB might say about all this, I have a fear of being put on bed rest.
