Bunnikins- normally i prob wouldn't be able to hold out till then.. but thus cycle I am really not feeling positive as DH is currently away until mon evening.. and i work mon nights so prob won't see him until Tues evening.. We BD'd Thurs.. but he won't be around during my Ov time... soooo unless they were super long lasting i think we are on to next cycle. How early do you usually cave and test?

Hes back... now in the two week wait i suppose. Done my best
I ran out of OPKS last night (dunno how, i had 50 of them!!!) but the last one i took was positive & that was late last night, so who knows.

Ill probably be testing tomorrow at 1DPO knowing me!!! They say they can live 5 days so fingers crossed. Dont they say youre more likely to get a girl if theyre ones that have been hanging about in there a while..?

Omg guys what can this mean?????

I thought I MC sometime on Monday/Tuesday, as they couldn't find the baby on ultrasound and I was spotting and my beta hcg were roughly 2000 on Monday.

Today is Saturday, and I couldn't resist and POASed because I still feel pregnant and I had a dream I still was

Well, the test line came up before control, and it is so dark and control looks very faint compared to it on FRER

How long do hormone levels take to fall off? I've never had a test that dark, not even before I started spotting. Anyone has any thoughts? ~ On Monday I will find out my results for blood test that I did this Thursday but am I crazy and hoping for something or am I actually pregnant???

Fingers crossed you caught the egg then hun! Do you use the internet cheapy OV tests? And are they any good? I've been using the Asda ones, but they're like £7 for 5 of them. I just bought 30 internet cheapies preg tests online, but didn't know if the OV tests were reliable? xx

Hi greenpear. sorry my knowledge is a little limited on these things but i do work in an obs/gynae clinic, which involves some early pregnancy stuff. A urine HPT can take a good few weeks to turn negative after a MC, but it should get lighter not darker! I would go to your doc, and get them to refer u to the early pregnancy unit to get a bHCG done, and maybe a scan if the betas still show ur preg. Fingers crossed

Yeah i got internet cheapie ones off ebay. They sent me 50 OPKs and 50 HPTs and it was only £6.99 or something like that. They seem OK. Last month I used a pack of 5 or 6 from wilkinson, which cost about £2.50... and they were good. Only trouble i have with the internet ones is that the line doesnt seem as dark as it did on my wilkinsons ones, its sort of dark at one edge and gets lighter, so u have to judge whether the darker edge is darker than the control line. Ive also used clearblue ones which were ok but ridiculously expensive, something like £20 for 5 or 6 with a "free" pregnancy test. I do trust OPKs though, cos the first month i used them i did an experiment using the ultrasound machine at work (we had students training to scan so it was handy!), and when i knew i had a big follicle due to burst, i took an OPK and it was positive - so theyre definitely true to life! xxx

Happy about temping this month. FF gave me crosshairs and I'm officially 3DPO. No idea if we caught the egg this month, but I'm just glad to know that ovulation has happened and how many DPO I am instead of guessing and having no real clue until AF shows up unexpectedly...

Hi Bunnikins!! Was hoping for my September BFP but the just arrived .
I'm getting excited for October though, can you add me to test on the 25th? That's one day after AF is due so that should be safe

This will be our 4th cycle trying and 2nd cycle temping/charting. FXed for our Oct
