Didn't want to read and run but im not sure what this is. Ive never seen this. Ive seen something similar but when looking at twin pregnancy scans. Are you having just the one? x
I only do ultrasound scans of hearts but they're a 2D image of a 3D structure so it could be a line of muscle or ligament or something that's caught the beam. In a heart ultrasound a line like that would be caused by a rib getting in the way of the beam but obviously not gonna be on a baby scan!
Thank you. As far as we know, there is just one. My son, however, is convinced there are two. I would think the tech would've caught a second one though. I just don't recall seeing this in my other pregnancies.
