How long after you got off BCP until your cycle returned to normal?

For me it depended on what form of Bc... On the pill it took a month... On the shot it took 6 months. My recommendation is track your cycles with either bbt or OPK so you can clue yourself in when you might ovulate.

I thought I'd share this article with people. I really wish I had read this when I first went off BC. Now I feel kinda dumb for being so convinced I was pregnant and the sticks were lying
