I promise to myself to update this daily so I can refer back.

Official Cycle 1.
CD1.

AF arrived middle of the night

Way way way heavier than usual, usually I bleed lightly or spot for a day or two before it becomes heavy, however not this month no straight into full blown gushes. I’m presuming this has something to do with the MC last month and my body getting back into routine idk.

Other than that and some awful period pains I don’t feel too bad just going to take it easy this month.
I refuse to temp and use opk unless this cycle is unsuccessful.

I think I’ve came down with a bug today, very feverish, aches and sicky haven’t felt well at all all day..

AF definitely came with a vengeance, super super heavy and plenty of awful period pains.

I think an early night is on the cards tonight..

On the plus side we are one day closer to end of cycle and FINGER CROSSED a BFP!!!

Thanks hun.
I’m hoping an early night does the trick, my 9mo is poorly as well so we were up all night last night.
Seems only my 2yo is okay x
