I work in a completely male dominated industry so thought I was safe from the pregnant co-worker problem (bar huge advancements in medical science!)
Someone new started in the same role as me this week and he has an 18 month old and one due in August! There are only 4 in my wee team so I guess I will be hearing a lot about the baby. I have to look at his mug of cute pics every lunch time now.
Trying to see the positives
1) Now I have someone to share the work with things will go more smoothly when (fingers crossed) I'm on maternity
2) Someone to ask advice of in the future possibly
3) He is a man so I don't have to deal with the big belly every day. (Pregnant belly, there are plenty of beer bellies in work lol)
