being a full time mom and finding time to excercise is hard and quick meals and snacks are more practical, lets face it!

So does anybody have any tips/diets/foods that they reccomend for losing weight effectivly or have any stories to share x
 
Yes you are right.
Its all about finding time into your routine IMO.

When your baby sleeps you exercise.
Put your baby in pushchair/bouncer/activity centre/walker to prepare your food.

Or can get weight watchers frozen meals.

When loosing weight its changes in your lifestyle you need to do, not jump on meal replacement diet 9 times out of 10 you'll go back what you were doing before.

My youngest is awkward. I exercise when she sleeps before lunch. Or i take them out for walks, or i exercise on an evening.
 
The thing that helped me most was putting my son in the stroller and taking him for walks! I lost 70 pounds. 40 of which I did just walking, and not even noticing!
