Okay ladies I am offically on CD1 with a few questions, CBFM and Vitex related

So what a relief in a way!!! After all these crazy day after day I am relieved that my period just came!!!

So questions Its 10:15am right now and af just arrived. Now regarding my cbfm, I will press "m" tomorrow at 8am just like the first cycle, however do I choose tomorrow as CD1 or CD2, since its passed my window today to test would tomorrow be day 1?

Also regarding Vitex and B Complex, do I take 1000mg of Vitex and 100mg B Complex starting today?

I am pleased to say though since I did O day 18 this past cycle, and started af today my Lp was 13-14 days!!
